Our goal this month was to take the scariness out of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging conversations. Today's episode will be exploring the scariness we attached to initial inclusion conversations. Once we become comfortable with talking about inclusion, we can create opportunities to receive feedback, which can also be scary. Feedback is crucial to help us develop skills that make inclusion conversations easier to start and learn from as individuals, leaders, and organizations.
