The greatest lesson I've learned? Resilience is a business strategy.


According to the APA, resilient entrepreneurs are five times more likely to succeed long-term. (APA, 2023) That resilience doesn't come from avoiding obstacles; it comes from learning how to move through them with wisdom and grace.


Vision is important — but so is vigilance. Strategy matters — but so does stamina. And leading through complexity requires leading yourself first.
