Seven Years Strong: Reflections on Building Dr. Anita Enterprises, Inc.

This February, I celebrated seven years as the Founder and CEO of Dr. Anita Enterprises, Inc.

What began as a dream to help organizations navigate the complexities of leadership and culture has now become a journey defined by resilience and real impact.

However, the landscape around DEI has shifted dramatically. Since the 2023 Supreme Court decision on affirmative action, 30% of companies have scaled back DEI efforts (SHRM, 2024). Now, with the political climate of 2025, the conversation has become even more polarized.

And yet, my mission remains: building resilient, culturally competent teams ready to lead through change.
