Reframing Leadership Culture with the THRIVE™ Methodology
The Orangewood Foundation, a premier nonprofit serving youth in Orange County, was undergoing organizational expansion. The C-Suite recognized that to future-proof its culture and scale its impact, it needed to make an intentional investment in its people.
The Challenge
The primary goal was to align and unify 37 leaders across all organizational levels—from the C-Suite to foundational teams. The initiative aimed to reinforce a shared leadership language, strengthen cross-functional collaboration through psychological safety, break through team dysfunctions, and prepare leaders to champion inclusive, strengths-based behaviors.
Our Solution
Dr. Anita designed a reflective and interactive six-month program centered on the Foundation’s mission and the THRIVE™ Methodology (Transparency, Harmony, Responsiveness, Inclusivity, Values, and Execution). Program components were tailored to embed these principles into daily leadership practice:
Live group coaching sessions to foster open dialogue and shared accountability.
Scenario-based learning to apply THRIVE™ principles to real-world organizational challenges.
Post-session reflections and quarterly commitments to convert insights into measurable action.
Focus on the "First Team" concept to dissolve silos and build a culture of belonging.
The Impact
End-of-program evaluations from participating leaders (62% response rate) demonstrated a significant shift toward a unified and effective leadership culture. The program's success contributed to the Foundation’s recognition as a “2025 Best Place to Work” by the Orange County Business Journal.

By equipping leaders with a shared language and practical tools, the Orangewood Foundation has successfully future-proofed its culture to scale its impact.
